PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK

SALARY: PPS4, £19,264 PER ANNUM

HOURS: 37 HOURS PER WEEK, 52 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR 

PERMANENT

START DATE: ASAP

We are seeking to appoint a professional, confident, numerate and well organised person to join our busy Finance Office within The Priory Federation of Academies. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be primarily responsible for raising purchase orders, confirming goods received, entering purchase invoices and dealing with purchase related queries using a fully integrated accounting package. Please see job description for further details. This position is based at the Priory City of Lincoln Academy. 

The role will involve providing financial support to the Academies and working alongside the wider Finance and Central Service Teams. Applicants are to have experience of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel.

We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in a career in finance. Applicants are to have achieved grade A*-C in both GCSE English and Math or equivalent.
