SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 PER ANNUM (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)

HOURS: 37 HOURS, 52 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR

FULL TIME 

PERMANENT

START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The Priory Federation of Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a high-performing, enthusiastic and experienced Director of Human Resources.  Reporting to the CEO, and as a part of the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will address all areas of people-related strategy.  They will provide comprehensive and professional advice on matters including staff training, contracts of employment, employee relation cases, recruitment and wellbeing.

The Priory is an established and supportive multi-academy Trust whose size – 1,100 members of staff across 12 academies – allows flexibility and creativity in terms of career development.  We are determined in our mission to improve the life chances of our students and we are equally committed to the wellbeing and development of our staff. While previous employment within the education sector is not essential, candidates must be able to transfer their experience, skills and knowledge into an education setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to encourage innovation are key attributes of a successful candidate.
