SALARY: PPS28, £32,240 PER ANNUM

HOURS: 37 HOURS PER WEEK, 52 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR

The Priory Federation of Academies Trust are seeking to appoint an occupational expert in Bricklaying, Groundworks and Property Maintenance.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fully established apprenticeship team.   Responsibilities will include training, assessing, recruitment, monitoring and the tracking of our Apprentices working in this field.  This positon will be based at the Keyworth Centre on the Priory Lincoln of City Academy site as well as travel to other sites.   

The role involves the delivery of learning, training, coaching and assessment on Construction and Property Maintenance apprenticeship programmes to meet the needs of employers and our learners to the Standards set by the Institute of Apprenticeships.

The successful candidate must be occupationally competent and hold or be working towards a recognised Assessor Qualifications and Standards in Construction (this must include groundwork and brickwork and Site Management and Property Maintenance).
