SALARY: PPS1, £18,333 PER ANNUM (PRO RATA TO £3,095 PER ANNUM)

HOURS: 7.5 HOURS PER WEEK, 38 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR

Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Midday Supervisory Assistant to join a school that makes a difference to its children and supports its staff to achieve their individual goals.  We passionately believe there is something special about our Academy – a tangible sense of family and an unwavering commitment to fulfil our motto ‘Endeavour, Excel, Enjoy’.  

Heighington Millfield Primary Academy is a Primary school (4 to 11 year olds) and is located in the village of Heighington.  Our dedicated team of staff are supportive and aspirational, and in return benefit from an environment which values and celebrates the inputs of individuals to create our Academy vision. 

The successful candidate will be joining our friendly and supportive lunchtime team to engage and supervise the children in the dinner hall and in the playground.  Other duties may involve preparing the rooms for dining, including setting out tables and chairs or desks covers as appropriate and cleaning our catering hall after use. The working hours are 1 hour and 30 minutes per day, Monday to Friday, term time only. You will enjoy working with children and be friendly and caring. Previous experience working in an education environment or experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills which will allow them to engage with pupils and staff.
